Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order and obtain a refund as long as it has not yet been dispatched. After it has been shipped, please allow it to arrive before initiating the return procedure.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Most items in unused condition are eligible for return within 30 business days following delivery.
- Contact our Customer Service to initiate a return and share information regarding the item(s) along with the reason for the return.
- Once you receive return instructions from us, ensure that the item(s) are packed in their original packaging.
- Return the item(s) as instructed. We will supply you with the return address and shipping details once your return request is approved. (Please note: Returns that aren't authorized will not be accepted).
- Typically, returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Return Conditions
You have a 30-business-day window from the date of delivery to ascertain if an item meets your needs. Please reach out to us within this period for any returns or exchanges.
For a return to be valid, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Return Charges
In cases where the return is a result of our error (for instance, incorrect or faulty products), you will receive a full refund.
If the return is initiated due to personal preference (such as dissatisfaction with the product or ordering the wrong size), a full refund will still be provided.
No restocking fees will be charged for returns.

Refunds can only be issued for items purchased at their regular price; discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping durations for exchanged items may differ based on location.
